Ahhhhh sunday, sacred sunday!! We had our housewarming party on friday so yesterday was spent mostly in bed all day watching movies and eating loads of junkfood (and cleaning up the post-housewarming, ewww)! I just got this top I ordered from nastygal.com, it fits this weekend's mood perfectly ;)

This week we had a small shoot in my new apartment with my friend and photographer Heli. It was such a beautiful sunny day and we had the best light! I'm super busy planning and organizing four shoots for next week, so the best way to keep up-to-date is to follow my instagram since I always find time to upload a quick photo or two ;) More outfit-photos coming up later this week!

Tällä viikolla kuvattiin ihanan Helin kanssa nopeat asukuvat uudessa kodissani. Oli uskomattoman aurinkoinen päivä joka soi meille ihanan luonnonvalon kuviin! Olen järjestämässä ensi viikolle peräti neljät kuvaukset ja kiirettä pitää, joten paras tapa kurkistaa arkeeni on instagramin kautta, jonne kummasti aina löydän aikaa postailla kuvan tai kaksi ;) Lisää asukuvia tulossa myöhemmin tällä viikolla!

Sri Lanka throwback

I completely forgot to post these pics we snapped on our vacation in Sri Lanka! The tunic is from the Kappahl SS15 collection, and the tattoos I've been playing around with a lot when I was living in KL. My whole life I've been super skinny, and so bracelets and watches have always been way to big on my tiny wrists (which made me stick to necklaces and earrings instead ;) ) I love the fact that these tattoos are like jewellery, and they fit even my ridiculously small hands!

Olen aivan unohtanut laittaa nämä Sri Lankassa otetut kuvat blogiin! Tunika on Kappahlin kevät/kesä 2015 mallistosta, ja nämä hauskat flash-tatuoinnit ovat ehdottomasti olleet lemppari-asusteeni Kuala Lumpurissa. Olen aina ollut laiha, ja yhtenä kompleksinani on ollut pienet ranteet ja aina suureksi jäävät kellot ja rannekorut, jotka heiluivat nuorempana melkein kyynerpäihini asti. En ole siksi oppinut koskaan käyttämään kelloa ja välttelen vieläkin rannekoruja, mutta nämä tatuoinnit toimivat rannekorujen sijasta aivan loistavasti :)

My look from last week, while walking around in KLCC. Those of you who are following me on instagram might already have seen this.
I'm finding it extreeeeeemely comfortable to snap my outfits, throw a filter on them and upload them in 5 minutes total (yes I'm that lazy) with my Canon Powershot G16 connected to my iPhone. The result comes out so well with so little effort, I am completely hooked on this new, time-saving method. Especially here, since I am in a new country and I don't want to spend all that time sitting at the computer, I can easily do this while having lunch out and about. I might be a nerd but this kind of technology is so exciting! It doesn't seem that long since I was a kid and computers were still a luxury (or at least worked well), but it's so cool to see how huge steps this has taken in the last 15 years.

Instagram-seuraajani ovat voineet jo nähdä tämän kuvan, mutta tässä siis yksi viime viikon asuistani. 
On pakko jakaa vähän ajatuksiani uudesta blogi-apuristani; nimittäin Canon Powershot G16 kamerasta. Erityisesti täällä ulkomailla ollessani on todella hauskaa pystyä räpsimään päivän asu, ja WiFi-toiminnan avulla yhdistää kamera puhelimeen, heittää päälle VSCOcam filtteri ja sen jälkeen jakaa kuvat Bloggerin/Instagramin kautta. Somettaminen on ottanut järjettömiä askeleita eteenpäin teknologian myötä, ja on piilonörttinä pakko sanoa että minusta se on todella jännittävää. En ole ikinä ottanut blogiani tai päivittämistä liian vakavasti, sillä postauksista stressaaminen vie siitä kaiken hauskuuden, mutta tällä uudella tavalla säästän myös tunteja koneen edestä, jossa en jaksa istua liikaa nyt kun on tarkoitus tutustua tähän uuteen kotikaupunkiini :)

Singapore Nights

More stuff from our two-day Singapore getaway! I've been absolutely in love with this Missguided flower romper ever since I saw it on their website, and it is most definitely an eye-catcher! Goes well from day to night also, since the fabric is easy-going but the long draping is very dramatic. Right now I'm in bed with flu (goddamn ice-cold aircons everywhere) bored and looking through tons of old pics. Love thinking back to good times!

Lisää Singapore-updatea! Rakastuin tähän Missguidedin kukalliseen haalariin heti ensi silmäyksellä. Se toimii mahdottoman hyvin päivästä yömenoihin, dramaattisen laahuksen ansiosta. Pidän siitä ettei oloni ole siinä lian elegantti shortsien ansiosta, mutta tunsin itseni silti sopivaksi Singaporen todella hienostuneeseen yöelämään. Se oli vaalean tukkani ohella todellinen katseenkääntäjä aasialaisten joukossa :D Tällä hetkellä tuntuu niin piristävältä ajatella viime viikon Singaporen-reissua, kun makaan flunssassa Kuala Lumpurissa (tässä kaupungissa on jääkylmä tuuletus päällä JOKAPUOLELLA).
