Gosh what a long break I've had with blogging! Autumn is here and somehow it's always coming with winds of inspiration. Shot these outfit pics with my dear Annaliina two days ago, it's officially my last weekend in my homecity Turku! Where I'm heading next I'll get back to later... ;)


HUI mikä pitkä tauko bloggaukseen onkaan huomaamatta tullut. Syksy on täällä ja se tuleekin aina inspiroivin tuulahduksin. Kuvattiin nämä asukuvat pari päivää sitten ihanan Annaliinan kanssa kotikaupungissani Turussa, nyt on virallisesti viimeinen viikonloppu Suomessa! Kerron lisää reissu-suunnitelmistani ensi viikolla ;) 

DIY: Shredded jeans

 

 Directions for the video:

1) Cut slices on the knees and thighs, depending on how big you want the shredded parts to be.

2) Take small scissors and/or tweezers, and carefully pull out the threads in the horizontal direction. Be careful not to rip the threads.

3) Start pulling out the threads from the vertical direction.

4) Use the tweezers to create "scratches" and small shreds on the denim to make the ripping look more natural.

Ready! :) If you decide to try this DIY it would be super nice to see your results too!



Ohjeet videolle:

1) Leikkaa farkkujen polviin ja reisiin viipaleita riippuen miten isoja repeytymiä haluat. 

2) Käytä saksia ja/tai pinsettejä avuksi ja irroita varovasti lankoja vaakasuorassa suunnassa.

3)Ala sitten vetää lankoja pystysuorasta suunnasta. Ne irtoavat helposti pinsettien avulla. 

4)Käytä pinsettejä tekemään pieniä "naarmuja"ja repeytymisiä jotta tulos näyttäisi mahdollisimman luonnolliselta.

Glasses/Second Hand, Earring/H&M, Rings/asos, Furry Blazer/DIY

Today's look! :) I bought these flower shorts from a second hand shop here in Tokyo, it's so nice that they look like a skirt even though they are shorts! The glasses come from the same secondhand. I think the gradient shading in them is so cool! It's been so sunny and warm here today, spring is most definately on it's way!! Hooray!

Oh, I so think about the colours in Rihannas Only Girl in the World video when I see these shorts!

Päivän look! :) Ostin nämä kukkashortsit yhdestä ihanasta second hand kaupasta täällä, niin kätevää että ne näyttää hameelta mutta onkin really shortsit! Sopii täydellisesti mulle joka en osaa välillä istua yhtään naisellisesti. Plekat on samasta kaupasta, siellä oli päivän tarjouksena kaikki kaupassa 700yeniä, eli n.6€! Olin tänään ulkona koko päivän pukeutuneena näin, kevät on vihdoinkin lähestymässä! Woop woop!


Ah, näistä shortseista tulee muuten ihan mieleen Rihannan Only Girl in the World musavideon värimaailma!
