For last weekends wedding I decided to wear this fantastic jumpsuit from Lindex. Winter weddings are so romantic and beautiful, but I always feel they are slightly more difficult to dress for. Summery colours just don't look right, and tiny heels are not so comfy to wear in a country with cold and wet or snowy weather like Finland! Plus, I'm lazy and I never want to bring an extra pair of shoes with me just for one night.

Boots can look so ordinary, but I thought the rich purple colour and velvety fabric made these a bit more festive and wedding-appropriate! The jumpsuit was a perfect, comfortable and easy choice for a tomboy like me who doesn't want a princessy dress ;)

Päätin viime viikonlopun häihin laittaa päälle tämän ihanan Lindexin jumpsuitin. Talvihäät ovat uskomattoman romanttisia ja kauniita, mutta niihin on mielestäni aina vähän vaikea pukeutua. Kesäiset värit eivät oikein sovi, pikkuruiset korot ovat hankalat huonolla säällä, enkä oikein koskaan jaksa raahata mukaani montaa kenkäparia yhdelle illalle.. Nilkkurit voivat helposti näyttää liian arkisilta, mutta näiden kirkas liila väri piristää ja samettinen pinta sopi mielestäni juuri talveen! Housupuku on mukava ja helppo valinta, ja tämä erikoinen selkä teki tästä vähän juhlallisemman. Sitä paitsi se on juuri tarpeeksi poikatyttömäinen makuuni ;)

Quick update from Italy! The whole wedding was FABULOUS, the couple, food, the people, the location, everything. I'll show some pics tomorrow, until then here are some from my instagram. The silk dress I was wearing I actually bought in a vintage store here in Torino a couple of years ago, such a bargain!!
I've met up with so many amazing friends I hadn't seen in over a year, and there'll be a lot more catching up in these days before I'm off to Milan Fashion Week. Kisses!

Olen vielä kuolemanväsynyt häiden jälkeen joten tässä nopea instagram updateaus viikonlopusta! Häissä oli aivan uskomaton tunnelma ja kaikki paikasta ihmisiin ja ruokaan oli täydellistä. Päätin viime hetkessä pakata mukaan tämä raidallisen vintage silkkimekon jota olin lyhentänyt itse edestä, se oli ihanan viileä kuumana kesäpäivänä.

Pari päivää vielä ihanassa Torinossa vanhojen ystävien kanssa ja sitten jatkan matkaa Milanon muotiviikolle. Pusuja!

More pictures as I promised, I have pleeeenty more but as I focus on fashion I wanted to post the outfit-focused ones first :) The wedding was lovely and the bride and groom were absolutely beautiful. The place was also magical! I had to braid my hair since the day was suuuper hot and sweaty, the makeup was running already after the first five minutes. Now I'm going to bed since we're shooting tomorrow, so knackered!

Noniin tässä lisää kuvia ja eilinen outfit, oli aivan mahtavat häät! Hääpari oli uskomattoman kaunis ja paikka satumaisen ihana. Häissä nyt on aina kivaa mutta näissä oli jotenkin erityisen ihana tunnelma. Oli pakko paniikkilaittaa tukka letille kun lämpötila nousi +30c asti, meikkikin oli jo viiden minuutin jälkein kamalassa kunnossa :D Nyt sänky odottaa jotta jaksan nousta huomenna aikaisin kuvauksia varten.

Fairytale wedding!

Finally some pictures from my dear friend Anna's wedding! When I have fun: I totally forget about the camera. So therefore my camera was quite empty, if you don't count the couple of pics my boyfriend took :D What's most important is that the bride was amazingly beautiful, as you can see here! And that we danced until late in the morning!

We had the best time ever at my friends wedding! Loads of love and happiness in the air. Congratulations again guys! Just arrived to Stockholm, I'm gonna do some work and then fall into bed, Stockholm Fashionweek starts tomorrow, yay! Any of you coming here? :)
