Quick update from lovely Hong Kong! I'm here for work so spare time is limited, but I've managed to see some of the city, eat some amazing food and meet some old and new friends!<3 Now my favourite thing in the world: fabric shopping!!

Pikainen tervehdys ihanasta Hong Kongista! Olen täällä hauskan yhteistyön takia (josta kerron lisää myöhemmin) joten vapaa-aikaa ei jää aivan hirveästi yli.

Siitä huolimatta olen ehtinyt viettää aikaa vanhojen ja uusien tuttujen kanssa, syödä uskomattoman hyvää ruokaa ja nauttia vähän tästä upeasta säästä ja kaupungista. Seuraavaksi luvassa lemppariaktiviteettini: kangasshoppailu!!

Sri Lanka throwback

I completely forgot to post these pics we snapped on our vacation in Sri Lanka! The tunic is from the Kappahl SS15 collection, and the tattoos I've been playing around with a lot when I was living in KL. My whole life I've been super skinny, and so bracelets and watches have always been way to big on my tiny wrists (which made me stick to necklaces and earrings instead ;) ) I love the fact that these tattoos are like jewellery, and they fit even my ridiculously small hands!

Olen aivan unohtanut laittaa nämä Sri Lankassa otetut kuvat blogiin! Tunika on Kappahlin kevät/kesä 2015 mallistosta, ja nämä hauskat flash-tatuoinnit ovat ehdottomasti olleet lemppari-asusteeni Kuala Lumpurissa. Olen aina ollut laiha, ja yhtenä kompleksinani on ollut pienet ranteet ja aina suureksi jäävät kellot ja rannekorut, jotka heiluivat nuorempana melkein kyynerpäihini asti. En ole siksi oppinut koskaan käyttämään kelloa ja välttelen vieläkin rannekoruja, mutta nämä tatuoinnit toimivat rannekorujen sijasta aivan loistavasti :)

Ahhhh what a wonderful last day I had in Lindos, Greece with my dear italian friend Natalie!! We swam in the bay and walked around this beautiful white city. I need to go back, ASAP!!! Ootd from what I was wearing there, is it just my computer or does blogger make all my photos totally orange?! They look much more neutral on my desktop and it keeps uploading pics like this here.. :S

Ahhh mikä ihanan täydellinen viimeinen päivä Lindoksessa rakkaan vanhan italialaisen ystäväni Natalien kanssa. Uitiin lahdessa ja käveltiin tässä uskomattoman kauniissa valkoisessa pikkukaupungissa. Päivän asu siltä päivältä, näyttääkö kaikki viimeiset kuvani muuten teidänkin mielestä oransseilta?? Desktopillani ne on paljon neutraalimman sävyisiä, jostain syystä se ei suostu lataamaan muita kun tällaisia kuvia bloggeriin, iik :S

Quick update from Italy! The whole wedding was FABULOUS, the couple, food, the people, the location, everything. I'll show some pics tomorrow, until then here are some from my instagram. The silk dress I was wearing I actually bought in a vintage store here in Torino a couple of years ago, such a bargain!!
I've met up with so many amazing friends I hadn't seen in over a year, and there'll be a lot more catching up in these days before I'm off to Milan Fashion Week. Kisses!

Olen vielä kuolemanväsynyt häiden jälkeen joten tässä nopea instagram updateaus viikonlopusta! Häissä oli aivan uskomaton tunnelma ja kaikki paikasta ihmisiin ja ruokaan oli täydellistä. Päätin viime hetkessä pakata mukaan tämä raidallisen vintage silkkimekon jota olin lyhentänyt itse edestä, se oli ihanan viileä kuumana kesäpäivänä.

Pari päivää vielä ihanassa Torinossa vanhojen ystävien kanssa ja sitten jatkan matkaa Milanon muotiviikolle. Pusuja!

Leaving for Italia! ♥

Hello from Helsinki-Vantaa airport! :D I have a few minutes to write before my flight leaves. To start off, flying out on a Friday 13th was BAD idea. First thing when I got here at the airport, my bag was accidentally whisked off on the luggage-trail without the destination tag AND I didn't even have my name on it... Luckily I got here early so after half an hour the bag was return to me and I had to check in again! Hope the rest of my trip works out without complications, I am most definetely not a supersticious person but who knows what more might happen today after my two flights and a bus trip from Milan to Turin...? Wish me luck! I'll be updating from Italy next time, woop woop!♥

Terveisiä Helsinki-Vantaa lentokentältä :D Tässä on vielä pari minuuttia aikaa ennen boardausta, ajattelin ehtiä kirjoittamaan että matkan varaaminen perjantai 13 päivälle oli maailman HUONOIN idea. Matkalaukkuni lähti nimittäin yllättäen check-in hihnalla karkuun ilman destination-tarraa tai nimilappua.. Onneksi tulin ajoissa, ja puolen tunnin etsinnän jälkeen henkilökunta palautti rakkaan vaatteita pullollaan olevan Samsoniteni takaisin, come to mama!
Toivottavasti loppumatka (kaksi lentoa ja bussimatka Milanosta Torinoon) sujuu ongelmitta, wish me luck ;) Seuraavan kerran kirjoittelen ihanasta Italiasta, woop woop! ♥

So So Sick.

Just when I had the time to say: I'm so happy I haven't been sick for three months..! Here I am again, in bed with fever. I've been laying here for two days so tired and sick I even didn't have the energy to work on my computer (which is really rare). Today I'm finally feeling a bit better so I can celebrate my dear mom's birthday!

Juuri kun ehdin sanoa: ihanaa etten ole ollut kipeä yli kolmeen kuukauteen...! tässä sitä ollaan taas, sängyssä kuumessa. Niin paha kesäflunssa iski etten ole jaksanut edes ottaa tietokonetta sänkyyn jotta voisin tehdä töitä samalla. Onneksi on tänään jo hitusen parempi olo jotta pystyn viettämään ihanan mamin synttäreitä ♥

Dinners and Late Nights.

                           Reunited!Celebrating Joyes birthday with mexican food and drinks!

It's been great to be reunited for a week here in HK with one of my best friends, Joey. But tomorrow earlyand bright we are leaving Hong Kong for Tokyo! The plan is to live there and find a fashion-related job, learn about the culture and the language, and well, just live a little!:)

Any readers in Japan? Got any advice for me? :)

These last days here have been fantastic, loads of great food and drinks, enjoyed with the best company! ♥♥

TONIGHT!

This is it..... We are finally leaving!!! Tonight we are driving from Turku to Helsinki, from where we will fly via Milano to Hong Kong! There we will stay for a week with good friends, celebrate a birthday and hopefully get to see some of the Chinese New Year!
Then.. We are moving to Tokyooooooooo!! I'm so happy and so looking forward to new challenges, adventures, hell, even problems we might run into!

I will be traveling for the next day, so I'll update you when I arrive in HK! Woop Woop!!

It felt so great to Wake up in Barcelona today after a nightmare trip thanks to the spanish general strike.. I went to MMM for H&M and picked up a few things for me and estela, tonight we're Going to our favourite Mexican place for dinner and drinks!! I had completely forgot how laid back this city is...Love It!
